Appointments are made online using the link we provided or directly booked through your solicitor. Further instructions about the appointment will be sent after booking. Please contact your solicitor directly if you need urgent assistance.
Please note that the pre-assessment questionnaire is emailed shortly after confirming the appointment booking. The questionnaire must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Your appointment may be cancelled, and you may be charged if this is not done. A form of ID is required to complete the form – please ensure that you bring this ID to your face-to-face appointment for an ID check.
